Becky Foster was born in the Pacific Northwest, grew up in Wisconsin’s dairy land, found love in the Arizona desert, and now raises her family alongside her husband in Minnesota, near the north shore of beautiful Lake Superior.
Once a business professional in the corporate world, Becky now spends her time homeschooling their four boys. She finds joy in the business of life and considers it a blessing to be able to create art around it.
You can read more of Becky's story here, as well as follow her on Facebook and Instagram.
"My goal is to be able to help people with my art. I like to use imagery and text as a type of therapy, to give people something to reflect on or remind them of a concept or moment or feeling. I find inspiration in the beauty of God’s creation, as well as in the words of scripture, poems, and quotes. Life can be amazing, and I hope to capture a small bit of that in my pieces.
I work primarily in acrylic, with some mixed media, including vinyl lettering and paper bead accents. I produce unique prints of these paintings, which start as fine art giclée prints on hand-stretched canvas and then I add painted embellishments to give them the look of an original, as well as any mixed media that appeared on the original. I also do pen and ink drawings. The prints of these are giclée on fine art paper, with a custom mat.
While I love to play around with my own concepts and ideas, it gives me a whole different sense of fulfillment to bring someone else’s idea to life. I’m always open to commissions and would love to hear what visual need others want to fill. Please feel free to email me at to start the discussion!"

Etsy is an online marketplace focused on unique and handmade items. I appreciate the ability it provides to easily set up an online gallery. I use etsy for all online and commissioned sales.
